Product Description
Description of polyurethane waterproof:
SPC-1030 is one-component polyurethane coating with isocyanate, polyether polyol as main raw materials, moisture-curing polyurethane waterproof coating. Especially used for horizontal plane. When this coating is applied on surface substrate, it has chemical reaction with the moisture in the air, and then it will form a seamless elastomeric rubber waterproof membrance.
Characteristics of polyurethane waterproof:
1. Mono-component, available to use when it is opened, easy and quick execution.
2. Stroing tensile strength, high extensibility, excellent high and low temperatures resistance, well adapted to shrinkage, cracking and deformation of coating base.
3. Stroing adhesive force, no need of brushing treatment agent on many coating bases which meet the requirments.
4. Dense film, free from bubbles and holes
5. Film is formed through chemically react, excellent resistance of long-term water erodion, corrosion and mildew
6. Environmentally friendly, no benzene solvent and coal tar ingredients
7. No need to heat, easy to operate

Application system of polyurethane waterproof:
l.Constructive System
The system is basically consisted of substrate, additional layer, waterproof coated membrane and protection layer.
2.Coverage
Coverage may vary with the substrate condition during application.
SPC-1030 is sealed in 20kg or 25kg pails or 200kg drum and transported on wood plate.
Storage of polyurethane waterproof:
SPC-1030 material should be stored by sealed pails at dry and well-ventilated places and protected
from sun or rain. The temperature in stored places can not be higher than 40° C. It can not be closed to
fire sources. The normal shelf life is 6 months.
Transportation of polyurethane waterproof:
SPC-1030 is needed to be avoided sunshine and rain. Fire sources are forbidden during transportation.
Surface preparation of polyurethane waterproof:
Surfaces should be dry, stable, clean, smooth, without pockmarks or honeycombs and free from any
dusts, oil or loose particles. Cracks and surface irregularities need to be filled by sealants and do additional waterproofing. For smooth and stable surfaces, this step can be skipped.
